Cancellation and Weather policy
Standard Cancellations: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled event start time, and you will receive a full refund of your deposit/payment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable
Severe Weather: If severe weather or storms are forecasted for your event date, safety comes first. If we have to cancel due to storms—or if you decide to cancel before we setup due to a documented storm forecast—your entire deposit and payment will be fully refunded.
Note: Once the pool is delivered and inflated, refunds cannot be issued for weather changes during your event.
