Cancellation Policy
1. Client Cancellations Clients may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled event start time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window before the event are ineligible for a refund. 2. Inclement Weather Policy Because our inflatable pools and outdoor equipment cannot safely operate during severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, or high winds), West Palm Ohio reserves the right to cancel a rental for safety. In the event of a cancellation due to a documented storm or severe weather forecast prior to delivery, the client’s deposit and all payments will be refunded in full 3. Post-Setup Weather No refunds or partial refunds will be issued due to weather conditions once the equipment has been delivered and set up on-site.
